op.26 "December" (2004)

This piece has been with me for 3 years. I wrote the first theme and from improvising I found 50% of the parts I wanted to use. I finally put it all together in December, the piece has moments of coldness, warmth, rest, but quick tantrums as well. Near the end as the impatience and anxiety build and finally ending with burst of anger, it calms down into a tranquil place...only to return back into the cold. I revised this piece on April 14th, 2005.
